"AAKAR" is The HAIF's integrated incubation and skill development initiative designed to empower rural and underserved youth with practical skills, creative exposure, and livelihood pathways. Rooted in the belief that every profession has dignity and potential, AAKAR bridges the gap between talent and opportunity by combining hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world exposure.
